Since 2007, Ad Age has recognized the best agencies in advertising on the annual Ad Age A-List. But, advertising is about more than just the agency. Now in its ninth year, the Creativity Awards honor the people, work and companies who together conceive campaigns, experiences and products that excite consumers while driving business. Together, the coveted Ad Age A-List & Creativity Awards honor the forward-thinking leaders, top agencies and creative innovators in the industry today.
New this year are categories for B2B and sports and entertainment agencies, up-and-coming editors and heads of production at production companies as well as awards for independent agency networks and the use of music in creative work. We will celebrate winners in person in New York City in April 2025.
A-List winners will be notified in February and published on AdAge.com in March. Winners will be celebrated at our in-person A-List & Creativity Awards Gala in New York City in April 2025.
Creativity finalists will be announced online in late March. All winners will be revealed live at the Ad Age A-List & Creativity Awards Gala.

There is a tiered entry fee structure for the program. As with the 2024 program, the same deadlines apply to both A-List and Creativity categories.
Standard pricing:
$550 per category. Ends Nov. 5, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET
Final deadline pricing:
$700 per category. Deadline Dec. 3, 2024, at 5 p.m. ET
There is no cost to enter Best Use of TikTok.
There will be no deadline extensions beyond those outlined above. Please pay strict attention to all the entry requirements and category descriptions, as fees are non-refundable once entries are submitted.

2025 AD AGE CREATIVITY AWARDS
Creativity Award winners represent the best of the industry as well as the future. The awards bestow recognition to work that sets a new bar, and to individuals and companies who are propelling advertising and marketing forward with their ideas. For the Creativity Awards, esteemed juries convened by Ad Age will choose finalists and winners.
Creativity Awards finalists will be published online in late March and winners announced live and celebrated alongside our A-List winners at our in-person gala in New York City in April.

BEST USE OF TIKTOK
Presented by Ad Age and TikTok, the "Best Use of TikTok" award honors the agency or brand that truly understands what TikTok is about, demonstrating the platform's creative excellence and driving both cultural and commercial impact. Judged by Ad Age and TikTok, the winner will be announced at the A-List & Creativity Awards Gala in April in New York City.
There is no cost to enter and entry is open to campaigns, videos or actions that debuted and ran on TikTok between Jan. 1, 2024 and Dec. 31, 2024.

Matt Heath is a former touring musician turned ad writer. He started at 72andSunny as employee #10 and became a creative director over their biggest brands within four years. During that time, Matt won Modern Copywriter’s Best Copywriter of the Year award because his work allegedly made the editor “shoot coffee out of his nose”. After Heath’s work as the writer on the K-Swiss Kenny Powers campaign at 72, he was invited by Danny McBride to join as a writer for HBO’S Eastbound and Down and then became an agent at CAA, further defining Matt as one of the ad industry’s foremost experts on the creative and business side of the entertainment world and a rare industry crossover. Heath was the CD/lead writer on Arby’s “We Have the Meats” at Fallon which won a global Effie for brand effectiveness and a Guinness World Record, as well as awards and widespread admiration for his infamous “Pepsi Apology” spot. He most recently was the ECD at TBWA\Chiat\Day LA overseeing Buffalo Wild Wings, AT&T, and Netflix. He co-founded Party Land in 2018, which has become an industry-leader in humor-based work and has been awarded for several successful campaigns with original music composition, tying together Heath’s background of music and comedy writing. When he’s not helping to run the world’s most fun creative agency, Matt spends his time in the mountains with his kids who now make him shoot coffee out of his own nose.

Gordy Sang is a Co-Founder and Co-CCO of Quality Meats, an independent and fully remote creative agency, recently named AdAge’s A-list “Standout Agency,” AdAge's Small Agency of the Year for the last three years, and Adweek's Breakthrough Agency of the Year Finalist.
Gordy, alongside his 17ish year creative partner Brian Siedband started Quality Meats in 2020 with no paying clients or investors, just a few humans focused on delivering the highest-quality work without all the B.S. that gets in the way. Kinda like going to that one butcher you really trust (although their meats are merely metaphorical advertising-styled). Today they're a fully integrated agency with that exact same mission, but with more humans, and a client roster including Huggies, DoorDash, SAXX Underwear, and more.
Prior to starting Quality Meats, Gordy & Brian led creative at Leo Burnett, Deutsch LA and FCB working on brands such as Taco Bell, Samsung, Playstation, Netflix, and lots lots more, with work recognized at Cannes, One Show, AICP, and most recently the Emmys.

Currently, Shannon serves as Global Chief Creative Officer for gotham, the global boutique creative brand in the McCann Worldgroup network of agencies. Shanno n returned to gotham in 2024 to lead the creative evolution and expansion of the agency, from a legendary, 30+ year player in the beauty space, to a full-stack creative powerhouse for a new set of categories, brands and talent.
Shannon previously served as the US Chief Creative Officer, Connected Communications for R/GA US, the network’s largest and flagship region where she focused on reshaping the region’s campaign creative vision, fidelity and work culture.
At R/GA, her intersectional and craft-centric style of leadership led to a renewed creative vigor in the office, resulting in an impressive set of award wins, including a Webby Agency of The Year win, a #2 sport for AdAge’s A-list, and three impressive award seasons, with a net of campaign awards the network had not seen since 2016.
